Mirror Lake is located on the southern edge of Jackson County and is part of the Grand River watershed. It was born out of land expanded from a smaller lake to its present size in 1965 when the Grand River was dammed. The size of the lake is approximately 75 acres and it is a moderately deep lake, around 40 feet.
Mirror Lake Association was founded in 1984. There are 226 members with a total of 388 lots. The 97 lakefront properties account for 25% of the total number of lots. Membership in the association is required with property ownership. Click here to see the Board & Committee Leaders

Annual Picnic Cancelled
Park C Improvement
Due to the Civid 19 virus, the Annual Mirror Lake Picnic has been cancelled. It will not be rescheduled this year. It is with regret but the MLA Board's first priority is to maintain a safe and healthy community. Please follow the CDC guidelines and we will all get through this pandemic together!
Much has been done to improve the Park C area. The grounds have been cleaned up, a community dock installed, a fire pit with wood and a picnic table are available. Further research will be done with the DNR's guidance to better manage the drainage. Other improvements such as a concrete pad, and overhead security lighting will also be researched and presented to the membership for interest.
4th of July Boat Parade
Thanks to Bob and Mary Beth Kellogg for initiating and guiding the 2020 boat parade! There were 22 boats, a canoe and a few kayaks along with an overhead drone for pictures. The event was well attended and enjoyed by all.
